    Hello,

    I hope this message finds you doing well!

    I took one of the Events Calendar Admin’s suggestions and purchased this plugin to password protect my event ticket:

    This will work perfect if I can simply get the password field to show up where the tickets are listed on my single event page. Right now, if I put a password on a product, it allows me to add this product to my cart but due to the fact that the single events page ticket section does not show the password field by the ticket it returns an error that says “wrong password”. Is this something that I could get help with or is it something that someone could point me in the right direction on? I was under the impression that this plugin would work out of the box due to the suggestion from Events Calendar.

    Hi, Bryan.

    That plugin is not ours (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us).

    I also didn’t find the discussion on our forums recommending this plugin.

    We do have a KB article basically stating we don’t test all the WooCommerce add-ons out there.

    Therefore, I cannot provide assistance for that plugin.
