Hello,
My client wants to publish an agenda but it shoul be private and protected by a password.
The protection isn’t linked to the user level, just password or not.
Any idea how to proceed , if it’s feasable ?
I think the idea is feasible, but we do not have that feature out of the box. However, I did a quick search and you could use a plugin to password protect some content in the Event such as the Agenda.
I have installed this “password-content-shortcode” plugin which is quite interesting. So I can pswd-protect portions of pages… Fine !
But I don’t see how I can protect the page created by “Events calendar” and therefore my page http://www.acfvienne.com/reservations/ is still open to everybody.
Unfortunately, not sure of a way to password protect that events calendar page and it is not a feature we have in our plugins.
There are plugins out there that might be able to target it, but I am not sure how that would all work together since it is not a feature we have at the moment.
Also, if you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
