While I don’t know off the top of my head if this is possible (I assume there is some mechanism for doing so, but I’d need to gather more information first of all) it would be best if you could login – you can reset your password here if you need to – and post in our WooCommerce Tickets forum.
When you do this please include further details of your payment gateway and where you obtained the payment gateway addon from (whether that is WooThemes or some other vendor – unless of course it is one of the gateways supported by WooCommerce “out of the box”).
