Hey there,
This was pretty easy to reproduce. Here is what we find.
1. Buy two tickets
2. Go to the completed order, press “refund” and refund 1 ticket and return that ticket to the stock.
3. The stock successfully increases by 1 more ticket.
4. The user gets the partially refunded email
5. The user does not get a new batch of ticket emails (with now 1 less ticket on it)
6. The user still shows up on the attendee list as a valid purchase for BOTH tickets.
I found threads two years old on this topic, but unfortunately nothing new. Can you shed some light on the best practice of a partial refund? I assume this is a current bug/flaw? Did we do something wrong?
I’ve also run this on a clean, test site with the same results.
