Hi all,
Recently, a customer purchased 3 tickets for an event. The tickets were paid and posted correctly to PayPal, which registered her information properly to WooCommerce, but her name did not show up on the event list in the Events Calendar and Event Tickets Plugins. Any idea what the problem could be? We’re anxious that this may happen again, as we were not aware that her name wasn’t on the list until she showed up at the door and told us she had already paid.
This is one of the first events for which we’ve offered ticketing through the new Event Tickets system.

JulieJanuary 11, 2018 at 10:13 am #1423753BrockParticipantI just had the same issue. Someone else posted that they have to go into WOO and manually change the order to complete. I did that and they showed up in the attendee/order list. IDK if there is a way to automatically make the system complete orders so you dont have to go into WOO each time.

@Julie, please check Brock’s reco if that helps.We are aware of an issue that when a purchase is made through PayPal and it is successful, then the order will not be automatically set to “Completed”. This seems to be an issue with the PayPal gateway. If you would like to test this then follow the test in this article:

Though the article is about ticket stock issues the same test can be used to check for the order status change.
