Myself and our website developer both paid for the same plugin twice (for the same website). Not knowing he was the one handling these payments, I created an account and paid for the plug in using the payment link. How do we go about reversing one of these payments? I don’t have the plug in in my account, but the developer has it, even though we both paid for it. Can you please confirm that you received my payment, and if so can you reimburse me for it? I essentially paid for a plugin which I cannot access and which has already been paid for.
I’ve attached both my payment confirmation and our website developers. Please note they are for the same license key.
