Paid Event Aggregator not activated

Hi MT,

I recently bought Event Tickets Plus and Event Aggregator however EA did not become available after entering my valid license key (the dropdown in ‘Imports’ still showed the extra options greyed out).

Additionally I tried ‘disconnect now’ for both plugins from ‘My Accounts > License Keys’ thinking I could reconnect them, it now asks me to buy them again…

Could these be re-enabled?

EA is now activated, I had to switch my theme to Twenty Seventeen, enter the license key again, refreshed to check it kept it (it had). Then switched back to my custom theme and the EA license entry stayed valid. Didn’t have to do trial and error with any other plugins.
