Paginate into months without events (Month View)

I found this discussion and understand George’s reply:

hyperlink on calendar view does not show next month – (there are events listed)

With that said, is it easy to change the behavior to ALWAYS show previous/next pagination links while in ‘Month View’, regardless of if there’s an event coming up?

We’ve had a number of people ask why the calendar isn’t working and why they can’t get past Dec 2015 (the last date we have an event for. It took me a while to realize TEC doesn’t paginate into months without any events setup.)

Hi Rob,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

We do have this snippet to always show the Next and Previous Month Links:

You can add that to your theme’s functions.php file and that’s it.
