    Hi,

I was hoping there would be some documentation on how to create separate pages that display (a) a list of the venues, and when each venue name is clicked, it navigates to the /venue/*** page for that venue, and (b) a list of categories, which navigates to a list of upcoming events under a certain category.

Also, there seems to be an issue with page titles (see my site http://2013fleadh.ie), i.e. the page name gets put after the website name, instead of vice versa. Is this an issue with my settings?

    Hi Odhran,

You could do this fairly simply by creating a custom loop somewhere on your site. I would use WP_Query (http://codex.wordpress.org/Class_Reference/WP_Query) to query for the ‘tribe_venue’ post type.

Not sure what you mean by the issue with the page titles. Can you shoot me a screenshot or be more specific?

Thanks Odhran! Are you referencing the title tags of the page itself, that appear atop the user’s web browser window?

Yes I am. They seem to be a bit messed up.

Ah, yeah. We do have some known issues with how the system generates title tags and unfortunately the fix for that won’t be included until the 2.1 code, which should be out over the next month or so. Have you tried whether a third-party SEO plugin could help you control that in the interim?

I’ll leave it to the update. Thanks Rob- it ain’t pretty looking though lol
