ParticipantIn Chrome and Safari, when you go from the list of events to an individual event and then use the browser back button, the page title changes to “undefined”
You can see it here:

I don’t see any errors in the JS console, and I don’t see the issue in Firefox.January 27, 2014 at 8:21 am #97238Barry
MemberSorry to hear you are hitting problems, @djconqueso.
Thanks also for trying our standard troubleshooting steps (deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default, unmodified theme) – can you confirm if that had any impact on this? I can’t replicate it locally or on our demo site using Chrome, for instance, even though I can see the problem on your own site.
Thanks!

ParticipantIt displays the same behavior when in default theme. When it goes back, it loads the page title correctly, then the events list gets faded back in opacity and then the page title changes to “undefined”. Is that trying to reload the page contents and title via AJAX or something? If it is, is there a way I could stop it or even override the page title functionality via my functions file?

ParticipantI also just noticed the your demo site doesn’t show the same opacity fading back behavior that my does when you use the back button—it just immediately loads the previous page. Is this a preference / setting on my site that could be causing the issue?

ParticipantI’ve also changed my version of jQuery to 10.2.1 and it now displays the URL instead of the “undefined” message. Does that help you narrow in on anything?

MemberSeems to be working perfectly now – did you make any further changes besides the jQuery version?

ParticipantI only changes the jQuery version. I don’t see the behavior as working perfectly as it now change it to the URL vs. the “undefined” when it should be using the page title. Is there a way I could stop it or even override the page title functionality via my functions file?

MemberIt seems very much like something that is specific to your site.
It displays the same behavior when in default theme.
To be absolutely clear, at the same time as switching theme did you also deactivate all other plugins?
