Page Format Choices with ECP or EC and iThemes Builder/Air Theme

Hi:

I used iThemes Builder to develop my site. On each page, in the right-hand sidebar, it gives me a choice of the “Custom Builder Layout” I want to use on that page. I have a full-width layout that I’d like to use for the Events Calendar so it has as much space as possible, left to right.

The events calendar is currently using, I believe, the default layout, which has a left and right sidebar. Hence, it’s a bit narrower than I’d like.

How can I get the Events Calendar to use the full-width layout? I can’t find a page that I can edit to select it.

I realize you’re not iThemes, but they would say they are not The Events Calendar.

So I’m caught in the middle. I’m not a php programmer. How do I do this?

Any direction would be helpful. Even if I have to find a php programmer.

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help you out here.

And you pointed out one of the hardest things about support we so many different themes and plugins it is hard to keep them all compatible and work together to figure out issues.

You are correct there is no Events Calendar Page as it setups the Calendar view in an archive, so there is no Page in the Page area of WordPress.

Anyway, have you tried changing the Events Template in the settings?

Head to this page:

Events > Settings > Display Tab

Then change this setting:

Events Template to Default Page Template

Let me know if that helps get you close to what you are looking for.
