Good morning Tony and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

Actually, by default the calendar does not use a “real page”.

I will not bore you with the technical details, but to make it simple, it uses a URL.

You can find that URL defined under Events -> Settings -> General (look for Events URL slug).

From there, you can add this URL to your menu using the “Custom link” option and you should be good to go.

Actually, it is very important that you do not create a page for this. The calendar needs to have exclusivity over this URL.

With that in mind, if you want to embed your calendar on regular pages and posts, you can do so using shortcodes.

To do that however, you will need a copy of our the Events Calendar Pro premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
