MemberI’m sorry to hear you are having difficulties.
It’s particularly strange that this happened spontaneously, so to speak: are you sure nothing changed/no updates took place or anything of that order?
What I’d suggest in the first place is visiting the WooCommerce → System Status admin page and scrolling down to the WC Pages section: do you see an entry for the cart page? Is it flagged up in red or anything like that?
Let us know!

ParticipantI think someone must have upgraded to the latest versions, but they said it just stopped working. Everything is good on the WC pages, all green for all the pages.
Let me know what else it could maybe be.March 31, 2014 at 10:51 am #125366Barry
MemberThat’s odd. If you set up a test product (not a ticket) are you able to proceed from the WooCommerce storefront to the cart page then? If so, do you see any difference in terms of the cart page URL?

ParticipantIt is finally working now, but also seems to be freezing up when new users input their data in the text field boxes. I updated to 3.5 and it was freezing for a lot of users. Any idea on why this would happen? Thanks

MemberVery strange.
It’s sounding like an issue on WooCommerce’s side, to me, unless for some reason you find this happens exclusively with ticket products: we don’t actually interfere or make any changes whatsoever to the cart or checkout pages/process, though, so I’d definitely be surprised if that was the case.
With that in mind, can you confirm if this is a general issue that affects all WooCommerce products – though I appreciate you may need to create some test products to ascertain this if you are only selling tickets – as it could be worth pinning down the circumstances that lead to these issues.
Let me know how you get on 🙂
