Out Of Installs is Incorrect

I just tried to download v3.5 of EC-Pro and Woo Tickets. In the settings section, I am told ‘Sorry, this key is out of installs’ in both cases. Yet here on the Modern Tribe itself, my account clearly indicates my licenses are good through May 22 of this year. I was, actually, able to install this new release. But what gives? Thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Try going to your License Keys page and clicking ‘Disconnect Now’ next to all of the sites that are listed there.

Then, copy your license key(s) from that page. Next, in your WordPress dashboard, go to ‘Events->Settings->Licenses’ and paste in your license key in the box

Click away from the box and wait for the license key to verify, and then click ‘Save Changes’.

This should “reset” your license keys to make sure everything is verifying correctly.
