ParticipantHey there! I’ll take the second topic first: when I typed “Out of installs” above, I got what looks like some suggested topics to check out. The problem there is that I can’t read them. It is dark blue text on a dark grey background. So, no help there. I’ll include an image below.
But, I don’t understand what out of installs means. I purchased events tickets plus, and I installed it once. And that is where I am trying to use it. What do I need to do?

So sorry for any confusion. We do not maintain or support Events Calendar Shortcode Plus. It is a 3rd party plugin. Can you reach out to them for support with it?

Iβve purchased both Events Calendar Shortcode Plus and Events Tickets Plus. I moved the website that I purchased these for, and was able to move my license for Events Tickets.
I was not able to move Events Shortcode Plus. For some reason that is not showing on my license key page, even though I purchased it, and have the receipt.
Can you please help me with tis issue?
