    Hi,
    A few months ago I kept getting the message that I was out of installs and I needed to upgrade my license. I have only ONE website – I have only downloaded Events Pro one time aside from updates…. and my license does not expire until September. I did the recent upgrade thinking that would fix the problem and that does not. What should I do?

    Also I would like to test out new themes for my website – I was told it was not possible unless I temporarily disable Events Pro – Is that True?? How would I do that without deleting my account?

    Thanks for contacting us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.

    This article was written to help people to move their licenses to a different site, but I would like you to use it to disconnect/reconnect the license key from your account/site and check if the problem is solved after that.

    Regarding the new themes, you can use The Events Calendar (TEC) with any theme you want: there is no restriction associated with your theme update and our plugin. If for some reason you find any incompatibility issue you can report to us and we will be happy to help you to find a solution!

    If you have any custom code for TEC in your current theme’s directory (in functions.php file or in the tribe-events directory), I would suggest you to save a backup for these files so you can migrate them to the new theme in the future.
