Our Multisite License Is "…out of installs"

    We have a multisite license, but for some reason, The Events Calendar is saying, “There is new version of The Events Calendar PRO available but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.”

    Since we purchased the multisite license, why are we getting this error? Thanks for your help.

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for emailing support.

    If you go into your account and look at License keys, can you confirm which domains are listed? If you see one that is not supposed to be there, just remove it.

    Let me know what you find.
