Our events calendar will not show our published events after our upgrade

Our events that were already published on our site disappeared when we got the notice to update Events Calendar Pro. We bought the update, plugged in the new license key and downloaded the update. Our events are still not showing up on our events page. Our notice to upgrade went away, but we still have an empty events page despite that the events were already published prior to the upgrade.

Our events will come up when we revert back to our twenty fifteen theme. Not sure what to change in our current theme to get our events back on the page.

Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I took a look at your site and see what you mean.

it looks like you have old custom templates in your theme that are causing the issue.

Please remove the templates from the tribe-events folder in your theme and that should at least bring the events back up.
