ParticipantHi.
I just encounter this error on event creation, for the first time since I’m using your plugins:
Erreur
You do not have permission to access the organizer you requested.
I don’t understand what it means. I tried to select other organizers or not set an organizer at all but it still send an error (and doesn’t create the event).
It used to work.
Could you please help me as soon as you could? I’d be grateful.
Justine

ParticipantHey Justine,
Sorry to hear about these issues! I’m curious – just to be clear, do you only receive this error on your Community Events submission form? Or in the wp-admin of your site?
If it’s only on the Community Events submission form, then I’m curious – if you head to Events > Settings > Community in your wp-admin, and scroll down to the section that is called “Access Control”, what are all of the options there? If possible, take a screenshot of these options in your admin and share the screenshot (you can upload it to Imgur.com for example).
Thank you!

ParticipantHi George,
I receive this error as an administrator, not even faking a community event submission with another role…
Anyway, here are the options under Access Control you asked for:
I tried with a contributor account submitting a new event with an organizer and I don’t get the error…

ParticipantHey Alain,
Thanks for the update here. It seems that unfortunately your screenshot link didn’t get posted successfully, but I have something to recommend here regardless, which is to update all the Tribe plugins on your site (The Events Calendar, Community Events, Events Calendar Pro if you have it, Eventbrite Tickets).
All of our plugins got a new update yesterday to version 3.12 and if you update everything to this version, it might make a difference with your problems here.
If you can try to post your screenshot again too, that might help!
Thank you so much for your patience here Alain!
