Organizer Details Drop down menu no longer appears

We’ve been using the events Calendar for about a year now. Recently we upgrade WordPress and the events calendar plugin as well as renewed our licenses for the plugins. After we did this we discovered one issue. When submitting a new event our users no longer see the “Organizer Details” drop down list. This field is required so it is no longer allowing people to submit events. It supposed to work just like “Venue Details” which is working normally. The area where they would fill in a new organizer is still present, however without the drop down menu selecting “Use New Organizer” the page will not allow any events to be submitted.

So far I have been disabling plugins and trying to narrow down the cause of this with no luck. I’m hoping this is a simple issue that has raised before that you have a solution for.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about this issue affecting your form. I’ll help you getting this right once again!

First of all (if you didn’t try it already) can you please switch to a default theme like Tweenty Sixteen? This will let us see if there’s any snippet in your site theme’s functions.php file or theme styles affecting this.

If you have already test this and no difference is shown, then please send me the link to the form in your site (if you have a staging site event better) in a private reply. If I need to be logged in please provide a new user/pass I can use to view the form (I won’t log in to the WP dashboard, nor make any changes to the site) maybe I can find something there.
