organiser and venue not saving to event

We are not able to add an organiser or a venue to any event created prior to the 4.2.4 upgrade.

I created a Staging version, turned off all plugins except for the three Modern Tribes (all on version 4.2.4) and used Twenty-Sixteen Theme and the issue did not change. We will send a private email with a link to a video showing the attempt to add the organiser and venue, but they will not save after the update.

To resolve this issue, in the Production site we rebuilt from scratch all of the events for the client. If the event is newly created after the 4.2.4 upgrade, there isn’t a problem. We are able to select any venue and any organiser and both save to the event after the Update is completed.
