Hello… I am a new user to Woo tickets. I have created a ticket, and attempted a test purchase. I go to enter a credit card through paypal and I get a processing error. When I go to the WP admin area, I see the order but have to process it manually. What can I do to make the process automatic? I appreciate the help. Thank You, Mike Sirignano
Do you mean you are getting a processing error during your time on the PayPal site, or when you return to your own site? Are you using sandbox mode or anything like that?
Also, does the same problem manifest itself with a regular (non-WooTickets) product? That would definitely be worth of testing.
