ParticipantI did a bunch of testing and fake orders then removed them all to start live transactions. I see that on the event list it still shows tickets sold. how can I clear the old test data so it will not show what is sold?

KeymasterHello digitaliway,
Thanks for using our plugins and thanks for reaching out! What a fantastic question, I believe nobody asked that yet. Let me help you with this.
Follow these steps:
1. Edit your event, then scroll down to tickets. Hover over the ticket you want to change and click on ‘Edit in WooCommerce’ (https://cloudup.com/cTlpFM5_NDZ)
2. On the WooCommerce product page scroll down to the Custom Fields section and look for the one that says ‘total_sales’. (https://cloudup.com/ciIaYw0PWDu)
3. You’ll see the sales number there. Set it to zero (or whatever you like), then hit the update button just below it. (You don’t need to save / update the product itself.)
4. Go back to your event to check if the number has changed.
Easy, ain’t it? 🙂
Let me know if this helps!
Cheers,

ParticipantI encountered one other issue. when placing a ticket order then removing the order and attendees I still see the tickets I purchased when logged in as the user looking at the event. see attached – how can I remove that?

KeymasterHi again,
I checked this and after a page refresh for me the numbers were fine. Also when I clicked on the ‘View your tickets’ and refreshed the page, the deleted ticket disappeared.
This is what I did:
- I went to the attendee list of the event
- Deleted the ticket I wanted removed
- Went to the event page and I hit refresh – numbers OK
- Went to ‘view your tickets’ and I hit refresh – ticket disappeared
Can you check if this works for you?
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterThanks for sharing all that information.
If I understand correctly, you managed to remove all orders and tickets, and there is somehow 1 remaining, right?
If that is the case then the system seems to be working properly. We will just need to find that one lonely ticket / RSVP stuck there.
You will need to check around in your backend if you can find it. First I recommend to find out the id of the ticket (post). Here’s how you can do that:
- Open your developer tools (or Firebug extension) with F12
- Click on the inspect button, then click on the frame of the ticket
- in the html code you should be able to find the ID of the ticket
Here’s a short screencast for this:
Once you have the ID, check around in your back-end again if you find something and let me know.
Cheers,

ParticipantThank you for the detail on this. I removed everything and it seems after a period of time the information stops showing up. I was sure to clear browser history and temp files, also being sure to logout and back in. This almost seems like PHP-FPM and/or MEMCACHED on the server is keeping data for a period of time in memory. I know this is out of your scope so I will investigate further on my end. thank you for your time.
