You can definitely move ticket order form to a different spot on the page. More information for customizing these views can be found in our Themer’s Guide.
For the shipping and handling functionality, you’ll need to modify the “Product” associated with each of the tickets created while creating events within the dashboard. Each of the tickets becomes a WooCommerce product that can be edited under the WooCommerce settings. By default, the ticket created will be a “Virtual” product. If you uncheck that box (https://cloudup.com/chmClKdcYBx:) the default shipping options for WooCommerce will now be available for your tickets upon checkout.
