I am currently running ECP and Events Tickets Plus with Woocommerce. When I click on “attendees” for an event, it is not showing all of those who have made orders. For example I have an event in which I have sold 40 tickets across 36 orders, but when I export the attendee info it is only giving me 13 people. At the moment my work around is to go through all of my customer order emails and pull the info from there which, as you can imagine, is incredibly time consuming and frustrating.
Your help when staff return in the new year would be greatly appreciated.
Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
