I would like to know if it is possible to select between online tickets and hardtickets in the shop. In case some of my customers wants to have the hardtickets – they could be sent via mail from one of my coworkers.
The answer is yes.
Depending on your exact needs, you might have to experiment a bit to get things just right.
Off the top of my head I would probably recommend the following:
- For each events, create 2 ticket types (online ticket, hard ticket)
- Using a custom snippet send all hardticket types to a specific email address
- To make this more elegant, you might want to use the following extension for printing https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/pdf-tickets/
As an alternative, you could simply control what is sent or by only sending tickets when the order status is set to “complete”. That would allow for full manual control of each order.
