Yeah, that looks like there’s a problem with your theme. Possibly the translation files, but more likely your theme. Unless you’ve a developer capable of tracking down the conflict, it doesn’t look like they’re going to play nice together.
Generally we do not offer refunds in this situation. That being said, I want to do right by you and can make an exception. To get that started, I’ll need you to forward your purchase receipts to pro (at) tri.be so I can match them to our records. You’ll also want to mention this thread in that message.
