1:) We have a recurring yearly event, two days long. Is it possible to show only these two days to the visitor with the pro version and maybe with the Advanced Post Manager for example in a list view like the monthly view?
2.) Is it possible to have a sidebar beside a calendar?

Let’s jump into your questions:

1:) We have a recurring yearly event, two days long. Is it possible to show only these two days to the visitor with the pro version and maybe with the Advanced Post Manager for example in a list view like the monthly view?

Just to clarify Advanced Post Manager just works in the back-end of the site (to help you filter posts) so I’m not sure what you are thinking about it. Also, we do have a list view that will show upcoming events, on the other hand month view just shows the events for the current month so probably won’t work for you. Basically I’m a bit confused about what you are asking, Can you clarify a bit?

2.) Is it possible to have a sidebar beside a calendar?

Yes, it’s possible. You’ll need to edit the default event template or use another page template that includes the sidebar (you can switch between page template in the calendar settings).

I’m not sure why Month View won’t work for you. Of course as you only have two events in the year it will show most of the time as empty but that can be solved by pointing users to the specific month in the Calendar link (instead of linking to http://sitename.com/events/ – you can link users to http://sitename.com/events/2016-07/).

Creating a new custom view for this would be rather complicated and a customization we cannot support, but I have the impression you need something much simpler than that. Take a look at the PRO widget shortcodes, those might help you as well.

I bought the Pro-Version and the Filer-Bar. I found a mistake in the german translation:

EN:
%1$s for %2$s

DE:
WRONG: %1$s im %2$s
CORRECT: %1$s am %2$s

Change i to a.
