Doing this is unfortunately not possible without custom coding. We are not able to guide you through the process of custom coding, as elaborated upon here (please check this out!) → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
So to implement the features you describe, you would have to write that custom code or hire a professional developer to do it for you. With all of this being said, though, can you please clarify the following two things?
1. Do you allow anonymous submissions for your Community Events page? Or do you have anonymous submissions disabled, so that folks have to be logged in to submit their events?
2. Can you please share a screenshot of the specific “Venues List” you’re referring to? This could mean many different things and I just want to be 100% certain I know “Venues List” you’re referring to.
☝️ With this information in mind, then while we cannot help you with the custom coding or guide you through the process, I will at least try to point you in the right direction for figuring out where to go from here.
