Only part of my Google Calendar is importing

I just purchased and downloaded the iCal Importer 3.12.1 to work with The Events Calendar 3.12.2. I combined dates from 2 different sources (1 a downloaded ICS file, 1 a Google Calendar I just imported to my Google Calendar) – the iCal Importer is only importing the dates that originated from the ICS file, not the (other) Google Calendar dates.

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing, but hopefully I’m here to help you getting this right.

So first of all let me confirm I’m understanding this correctly:

– Importing from ics file is working.
– Importing from a Google Calendar URL is not.

If this is the case can you share the Google Calendar URL feed, so I can test this locally? Does the plugin bring the events after clicking the ‘Search’ button and it’s failing to import or it doesn’t show up any events at all?

Also please bear in mind that there’s a date filter and per default it’s set to today date, so if you are trying to import past events you’ll need to change that: https://cloudup.com/cz4SKFET8IE.

Hi Nico,

This was my error. I figured it out last night, I just was not able to delete this message or mark it resolved. The Google Calendar I imported to my Google Calendar is only “viewable” by me, I need to actually copy the event(s) to my Calendar in order for it to import to my website.
