My license for Calendar Pro is through April 2018, but I’m getting this message, even though I only have one site:

There is new version of The Events Calendar PRO available but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.

I shouldn’t have to upgrade, since I only have one site. What do I do to fix this?

The site is http://phillynn.org. Just noticed that you have might site’s url listed as the temporary domain name, which we’re no longer using.

Good evening Chris and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the message you are getting.
I would love to help you with this topic.

You are absolutely right, the license is currently tied to http://d53.d9d.myftpupload.com/

Fortunately, there is an easy fix: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/license-key-out-of-installs/

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
