Only Admin Can Filter Event Results

    Only my administrator account can filter by the date, search, or location filters that come with Events Calendar Pro. I also purchased the Filter Bar today, and same issue. On a guest, or subscriber login account on my wordpress site I can not filter the events list. If I do it just has a spinning load circle. Any Suggestions?

    I’m sorry you’re having difficulties – that’s a strange issue!

    I do see you noted having tried a few troubleshooting steps already, but can you confirm if this was still an issue with no other plugins (except for The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO, plus Filter Bar and WooCommerce Tickets) running and just a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Thirteen?

    If that resolves the problem can you reactivate everything else one step at a time and see if you can isolate what if anything is conflicting?

    Thank you for the fast response. Great plugins so far (Woocommerce Tickets, Events Calendar Pro, Filter Bar). I’m not sure how this worked, but it turns out to be the plugin “Jetpack Only For Admins” which hides the Jetpack option in the dashboard for other users. So even with the plugin deactivated I was still having problems with the filter. I went through and deleted all of the extra plugin files and re-added them one by one, and it turns out that was the culprit. Thanks!!
