Yes, it is possible for your management team to add events to the calendar.
You can either give them admin access in WordPress so that they can add their events to the calendar that way. Or, you can check out our Community Events add-on, which adds a submission form to your site that they can use to submit events to the calendar without needing to log in. 🙂
