    Hello,

    Just a pre-sale question from me. I have a client that is looking for a booking/ticket solution. From time to time, there is just one person that needs to buy 1 ticket. However, some times there is one person who needs to book/buy tickets for multiple people (business events etc).

    What would be the best solution for this? (we do not need them to pay for the tickets, just booking etc)

    We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

    some times there is one person who needs to book/buy tickets for multiple people (business events etc).

    Your best bet would probably be to use our Event Tickets Plus solution: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/

    This provides you with many awesome features, including the ability to add Attendee additional fields for each ticket (text, dropdown, etc…). To meet your registration needs, simply make all tickets free.

    This will allow you to ask for the name and details of each attendee.

    Another solution would be to just use our free Event Tickets plugin and book one ticket at a time (and perhaps limit ticket quantity to 1 to be extra sure): https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets/

    This works because when you confirm registration, you are not leaving the event screen with that plugin.

    Thank you! So if i understand correctly, when you bought 2 or more tickets, you will still have to fill in the form for each person? This is required, so we know who all tickets belongs to.

    That is correct.

    If you use the attendee additional info AND make these fields mandatory, the purchaser will need to fill these fields for each ticket.

    As a side note, we do have a 30 day refund policy that can totally let you test this out for yourself.
