For some reason one event that is on our facebook event page is not appearing on the site. manual import still won’t get it.
Can someone point out if we are doing something wrong here? The event is here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1549102695136774/

The site where it rolls up to is here: http://comedykettle.co.ukAnything look strange, that would explain why this event is not being included in import?

We’re getting reports that other events had not been included recently.
I see that we needed to refresh our connection/API token to facebook, and that was likely the culprit. That has been done now, and we ran the import and it got all the events minus this one. I’m just worried there’s an issue here that will keep some events from being included, even though the token is now set.Please let me know best way to look into this so we can ensure it’s all set up to run on its own?

I’m sorry for the delayed response here – if your events have been importing correctly since refreshing your Facebook connection, then this was likely the source of the issue. I took a look at your license, and everything looks good from my end. I also see that imports have been running successfully from https://www.facebook.com/pg/comedykettle/events. Have you run into any further issues since refreshing? You can also see the status of recent imports (or attempted imports) under Events > Imports > History tab.
