MemberHello Oliver,
We’d be happy to help! But first, will you please log in with the account registered to the plugin license? We use the Pre-Sales forum here for non-technical questions about purchasing the plugins. I’ll go ahead and move this thread to our Event Tickets Plus forum so we can continue the conversation there without needing to open a new thread.
In the meantime, it would be awesome if you could provide a screenshot of the ticket configuration in the editor for an event that is not displaying the tickets properly so I can review that. It would also be helpful if you could head to Event > Settings > Help, copy the System Information at the bottom of the screen and paste it here as a private reply.
Thanks!

MemberHi Oliver,
Thanks for the additional information. Will you please uninstall WooCommerce Tickets and replace it with Event Tickets Plus? We retired WooCommerce Tickets when releasing The Events Calendar 4.0 and provided a free download of Event Tickets Plus for current WooCommerce Tickets owners in their accounts. You can grab that by logging into this site and heading to My Accounts > Downloads.
Here is a detailed overview of the steps for moving from WooCommerce Tickets to Event Tickets Plus. Please follow the steps outlined here and let me know if you see the ticket settings on events.
Thanks,

I would love to, but we provide all support here in the forums. That said, I’m happy to keep this thread going with you!
Have you made the transition to Event Ticket Plus or are you still working with WooCommerce Tickets? If you’ve made the transition, are you now seeing the ticket options in the event editing screen?
If not, please try heading to Events > Settings > Tickets and making sure the option to enable tickets for events is selected (screenshot).
Thanks!

Participantwhat this means
Currently, WooTickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.

MemberHi Oliver,
I’m looking at the following events:
- http://www.vhr.ch/web/event/its-another-try/
All three seem to have tickets on the front end. Are you seeing those as well? That would seem to suggest that you were able to create tickets in the event editor and that things are working as expected. Please let me know if that’s not the case and we can go from there.
Thanks,
Geoff -
