I am building an event calendar containing a gravity form. I am curious if there is a way to only show future events that are three or more days in the future on the calendar.

I’m not entirely sure what you mean, but you could certainly build your own event query, or adapt the plugin’s existing queries, or more simply adapt its output to limit the date range of displayed events.
