    Is there a way for people to register for the event via paper, have us manually input their information into the system, and then send them a confirmation email with ticket information? We want to be able to do this to keep an updated list of attendees and payments. Thank you!

    Hi Megan,

    Thanks so much for getting in touch! This type of functionality should be possible through the use of Event Tickets Plus and a payment processor of your choice. By simply creating a new order for the designated ticket in your payment processor, you can enter all relevant attendee information into the database, and this information will be accessible later for management/book-keeping purposes. Once the order is marked as “Complete”, a confirmation email should be dispatched to the email address provided for that attendee.

    So I tested this out with tickets and payments, and the only thing I can’t figure out is how to fill in the specific event questions that I added to the registration. Maybe you can help me with that too. Thanks!
