Odd Code after update to 4.1

I have found some odd code at the top of my search bar after the recent update. Everything else is working just fine.

The code looks like this: ‘;

And it is at the top of https://afineagenda.com/events

Any ideas?

When I went to https://afineagenda.com/events/, I was met with a blank white screen—can you ensure that the site and page are both up and visible publicly?

I will take a closer look when the site is visible and see what I can find.
