Notification of a repeating event in the header

It was also unclear how to remove notification of a repeating event in the header? It is annoying. Users complain about the extra information they don’t need at all.

Good question. You can use CSS to remove this text.

Here is how to remove both instances:

.tribe-events-adv-list-widget .event-is-recurring, .event-is-recurring {
display: none;
}

You may need to modify this for your specific situation, but it should point you in the right direction. You can also refer to our Themer’s Guide if you would like more detailed information on customizing calendar styles.
