    Hi,
    Is there a way to send a notification email when someone submits an event?

    Yes, you can enable email notifications by going to ‘Events->Settings->Community’ and enabling the email alerts here: http://d.pr/i/i3OV

    Sorry, I meant an email to the submitter of the event.

    Daniella,
    We don’t currently have that functionality included in the plugin. You might search around and see if there are some plugins that can notify a contributor when they submit a post. Hope that helps!
