Not what I’d hoped for

I’m sure this is a great product but i’m just having too many issues getting it to work correctly. I’ve no doubt theres a conflict with my wordpress theme I’ve purchased which had Modern Tribe Events bundled with it and lots of other event functionality by the theme developer but we are too far in with this. Most crucially though, I want to create all my events on EventBrite first and have them automatically brought into WP – I don’t want to have to head over to my WP site afterwards and import them manually each time, which it looks like i’m going to have to do.
It’s frustrating, but these kind of issues have only transpired once I’ve purchased the add on and I’m in too far with current theme and do not have financial or time resources to investigate the conflict but biggest disappointment in the manual import, this is not what I need.
Could I please have a refund.

I have not put the url etc because I have disabled it and am investigating other plugins.
