ParticipantI just bought Event Tickets Plus and for the most part have figured it out. I set up a Post and applied several ticket options (different class dates). I have had purchases (via PayPal) and all seems well EXCEPT it doesn’t show the ticket sales. Each event has 20 available, but it doesn’t take into consideration the tickets sold. Please help as this is important. Thank you!!

MemberGood afternoon Amy and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that the stocks are not reducing on your install. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.Typically stocks will reduce according to your settings in WooCommerce settings and the settings found under Events -> Settings -> Tickets.
Would you mind sharing some screenshots of these settings in a private reply ?
In other words, sometimes, the stock is not reduced until the order status is set to complete.
I have tried to reproduce this issue on my site, but I am not able to for now.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Secondly, I am noticing an important error message on your site while being on the http://thefarmatsummitwynds.com/happenings-on-the-farm/goat-yoga-farm/ page.
You might want to look that up using Google Chrome’s Developer tools’ console.
Hang in there!

ParticipantThank you. Please be patient. Im not around a lot. My husband is in rehab (brain cancer and recent surgery) and my time to work on this is limited. I will get you the screen shots. When I go to the page you showed as having an error I dont’ see that. I use Safari and haven’t looked at it on other browsers, nor have had anyone else tell me there is an error. I do believe you though! You would know best.
I appreciate your time!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
