    Set-up fairly to the support ticket above, WordPress 4.8.3 running Galleria theme.
    Using WooCommerce and the PayPal gateway. Takes the payment, I get the right emails from WooCommerce and Paypal, that all has been completed correctly, but no ticket ever gets sent.

    I have tried the above and get the “test message” I send from the plug-in with no issue.

    Any more help to resolve would be appreciated.

    Update :- It sends out the ticket if you have “Processing” and “on hold” selected under When should tickets be emailed to customers?

    If you have this option set to just “Completed” then it is failing to send.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    In other words, if you just have the option set to Completed, then an email is not sent?  Does this occur even after you manually change an order from Processing to Completed?

    In order for emails to be sent with those settings, the admin must change the order from Processing to Completed.
