I copy the name of the page into the settings part of the plugin, and click save. It looks fine, then go to the import page of the plugin and it says that my company is set as an individual. Yet it’s a page, and it even says page in the URL of the page. This means it wont automatically import my events. Which is a huge drawback for me, it was the only reason for purchasing the Add-on. Also just noticed that the dates aren’t showing up on the single event page.

Can you share a link to the Facebook page in question in case anything jumps out as problematic?

    https://www.facebook.com/cavernclub

    Thanks

OK, but unless I’m mistaken that is indeed set up as a regular individual account (hence it has friends as well as books and sports that it likes, whereas this isn’t normally true of non-individual Facebook accounts/pages).

If you contrast with an organizational page such as http://www.facebook.com/unitednations you can see the difference.

    Does that clarify things?

Yeah thanks, I think I put in the wrong address. Here’s the page as it sits under the pages I manage in facebook. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cavern-Club/221714204510507

    OK, very puzzling.

For some reason Facebook is returning your individual account object even when the page name as used in your second URL is provided. It looks like the numeric ID will be more reliable in this particular instance (221714204510507) … can you give that a whirl instead?
