No apache, php or mysql errors.

No firefox console errors.

Issue persists when:
– Switching to the parent theme (WooCanvas)
– Disabling all other plugins
– Adding define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’); to wp-config.php
– Rolling back to Events Pro 3.9.0

Issue is not there when:
– Switching to WP 2015 theme or WP 2014 theme
– Clean install (empty database) even with WooCanvas theme active

The issue exists on my local copy and on a godaddy server.

So since it works with a clean install of WooCanvas but not with my database maybe this is an issue with something in my database that is not plugin related?

Hi Mandie,

I’m sorry you’ve run into this problem! What you wrote about switching to a default theme, however, reveals some interesting stuff about this problem:

Issue is not there when:
– Switching to WP 2015 theme or WP 2014 theme
– Clean install (empty database) even with WooCanvas theme active

These two pieces of information indeed seem to reveal that the issue is not an Events Calendar issue. I’d recommend contacting your web-hosting provider if you haven’t already, since if things worked fine on an “empty database” that could be the result of a wide range of things.
