Not getting the update for the filter bar

    We just updated to 3.9 of the Event Calendar. We did not get the update for Event Calendar PRO to the 3.9 version. Nor did we get the update for the filter bar to 3.9. Now, the dropdown for the filter bar by category is not working. How do we get the updates for this? These were purchased less than a month ago and we are about to take the site live!!

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    As an initial step, verify that the License key for the Filter Bar plugin has been added to the site. You can check that by going to Events -> Settings  and the going to the Licenses tab. Once you’ve made sure it’s added, you can go back to the Updates page under the Dashboard tab and click the Check Again button to manually check for updates.

    If that doesn’t work to show the update, you can manually update the plugin by downloading the zip file from your account at http://tri.be and then uploading the files via FTP.
