\"not equal to\" categories shortcode controls

Hi,

Here is a copy of a shortcode in the documentation:

[tribe_events_list tags=”#1024, #2048, featured” category=”tickets-available”]

Is it possbble to have a shortcode where you have category is “not equal to.”. Someething like

[tribe_events_list tags=”#1024, #2048, featured” category<> “tickets-available”]
