Not allowed to import from eventbrite

I have checked my license is valid and is correct and its ok until April 2019. But suddenly I am getting this message when I try to import an event from eventbrite.

It was working until I loaded the latest updates yesterday.

Please can anyone help us, we are a charity and its essential that we can get our cancer support events on the website

Can you tell me where you are seeing that message? This is generated by WordPress, and is usually something you see when trying to access an admin page that your user role doesn’t have permissions for.

Can you also tell me what role the user account you see this under has?
