Not able to use the search bar at all

Hello,

I am not able to use the search bar at all. If I click on “Find Events” it doesn’t show anything. The search bar does not provide any results. Can you please help me with this and see if there is a conflict? I am not good with this stuff and I am getting frustrated. Thank you.

Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums! I’m sorry to hear about your issue with the search bar (tribe bar) and I would be happy to help you. I understand how frustrating an issue can be, so let’s get down to solving it to chase your frustrations away.

I’ve seen you shared your system information and that you are using the latest versions of our plugins. This is a great start! Props for that!

I have checked you site (nice design btw) and went to the calendar. I see that you have some events in there. All of them have the same title, so this makes it difficult to test if the search works right or not.

Can you share with me some more details on what kind of search you tried to conduct that didn’t yield any results?

It would also be great if you could create a couple more test events with different titles. That will make it easier to test the keyword search.
